Dr. Rodelaire Octavius is a physician and an entrepreneur with over 30 years in business. He is a CORe (Economics, Business Analytics, and Financial Accounting) graduate from HBX at the Harvard Business School. A member of the Harvard Kennedy School New England Alumni Association, he has a certificate in Finance, in Management and in Disruptive Strategy. He is a Senior Executive Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is currently studying Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, MIT Sloan School of Management, Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL).

Prof. Steven S. Rogers, a graduate of the Harvard Business School, an American academic, was the MBA Class of 1957 Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School. He is the co-author of a book, and the author of 14 business cases featuring African-American businesspeople.

Prof. Rogers has spent more than two decades as a board member of the multi-billion dollar company S.C Johnson.

Ellington Jackson graduated from the Harvard Extension School Economics Program. He is an entrepreneur and former business banker with more than 15 years supporting small businesses.

Dr. Lunide Louis is a database enthusiast with a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from Springfield College, and a PhD in organizational leadership from Alliant International University.

Henry Noel Jr. is an alumnus of the Impact Investing Program at Oxford University's Saïd Business School, holds an MBA from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, and a BA in Business Administration from Atlantic Union College. He also holds the Series 7, 24, 66 & 79 FINRA licenses.

Kerry Bowie holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Michigan, respectively, as well as an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Maribel Mendoza earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU).

Chris Johns holds a master’s degree in Architecture and an Urban Design Certificate from MIT, a bachelor’s degree and graduate studies in Building Construction Management from the University of Florida, and an associate’s degree from St. Petersburg College.

Justin Mott holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Howard University and worked at Nike and Silicon Valley Bank before serving in business development and management roles at co-working spaces Hatch Fenway and Alley.
