Who We Are

A community-based, membership driven “investment club” with the primary objective of building community wealth.

We are Business Owners, Investors and Community Members who firmly believe that our local community’s success lies in the idea that we succeed together.

What we do

We invest in profitable local businesses with strong cash flows, geared toward long-term asset appreciation, such as:

  • Super Market
  • Gas Station
  • Car Wash
  • Dry Cleaning
  • etc...

We provide these Portfolio Companies with ongoing business development & training while working to incorporate best practices, increase efficiencies, and improve profitabilities.

Business Model

Community-Based, Joint Ownership of local businesses.

We are advocating the idea of:

  • We, the members, buying from ourselves.
  • Using our own products & services.
  • Banking at our own Credit Union.
  • Self-insuring our houses, cars and businesses.

Immediate Objective

A 1,000+ member strong army of Owner-Investor-Operators to dramatically increase the circulation of money within our community and thereby increase our wealth.

  • Mattapan: 25,000 Haitians, representing 67.7% of the population.
  • Brockton: Foreign born plus descendants account for 17,000 Haitians.
  • Randolph: 4,000 Haitians.
  • Everett: 4,339 Haitians.
  • Somerville: 5,200 African Americans.
  • Malden: 60,000 people, from which 12% (7,200) are Haitians.
    Sources: Datausa.io, Wikipedia.org, Statiscalatlas.com

In MA, we estimate the purchasing power of the Haitian Community to be about $2.8 Billion.

  • How much of that could we control?
  • How much could we direct to our own businesses?
  • How much could we keep in our community?
